The below grid is for one layer of standard ink (plastisol) ink in one placement.

Placing an Order
Quotes for orders can be requested by phone, email or website quote form. If you’d like to meet in person, please call and schedule an appointment – 206.767.1151. Quotes are good for 7 days and cannot be finalized until artwork has been handed off.
All orders require a deposit to get your job in to the printing queue. The deposit equals the cost of your garments/textiles or if you are supplying the goods, 50% of the total cost of the job. If paying with a check, 100% of payment is due for the deposit.
We accept cash, credit cards and checks. If paying with a check, we ask that the payment is made for 100% of the order.
WA Sales Tax of 9.6% is applied to all orders unless you can provide a reseller permit.
We work with several garment distributors that carry popular apparel brands such as Alternative, American Apparel, Gildan, Hanes, Bella | Canvas, and Next Level. If there is a specific brand you have in mind, let us know. We can source most brands most of the time.
Art files can be submitted as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator files. File names end with .ai, .psd, .pdf, .eps or .tiff. All Photoshop files must be 300 dpi at the final print size.
For artwork that is not 100% print ready, we charge $35 per hour to make adjustments such as image resizing, color separation, or any other manipulations. Images and pictures off the web are not acceptable for screen printing and will have to be reworked by our designers at $35/hour.
Please indicate Pantone colors if needed. PMS matching is $10 per match. If no Pantone color is specified we will use the closest match to the color of your artwork.
Rain City West Screen Printing hires very creative folks so if you are having trouble coming up with a cool design, we can help create that vision. Creative design work is $65 per hour.
Rain City West Printing will not print on your garment or textile until you have approved the print colors, layout, and design. We will send you a digital mock-up showing how the final prints will look for your approval. Once you approved, we will begin printing your order. If you are not satisfied with the digital mock-up or test prints, do not approve and we will work with you to make it right. No refunds will be given for printed materials that have a mock-up or test print approved by the client.
Standard orders are turned around in 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year and the amount of projects in the queue. Rush orders are orders received 48 hours or less prior to printing. A rush order charge of $75 or 10% of the order, whichever is greater is applied.
Claims for misprinted goods or missing inventory must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order. All refunds require the unused goods returned to Rain City West Screen Printing before refunds are paid out. No refunds will be given for printed materials that have a mock-up or test print approved by the client.
Rain City West Screen Printing is not responsible for manufacturer’s defects or defects on garments supplied by client.
You can cancel your order if the garments and merchandise have not been ordered. If the order has already been placed and we have not started printing, your deposit will not be refunded. Once we have started printing, we cannot accept any cancellations.
